Goods Information

We have made all reasonable efforts to accurately display the size, colour, and shape of our products. Colours in particular may differ due to your own computer's visual settings and hardware.

All products displayed on this website are available only while stocks last. Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice.  

Complaints Procedure

We aim to satisfy the requirements of all of our customers as efficiently as we can, but we do realise that at times things may go wrong. When they do we will put them right as soon as possible. If you have a complaint please contact us.

Termination and Suspension

We may immediately issue a warning and deny your access to all or part of the website or refuse to provide our services to you without notice if:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Australian law and you agree that the Australian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.

We cannot monitor the laws of every country and it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our website and services is legal.

GRIP Australia Pty Ltd promise to protect your privacy, we do this both by this privacy policy, and your rights under the Privacy Act. This policy explains the information we hold about you, and who else may have access to it. The only personal information we will have is that voluntarily supplied by you.
